R U sure that U have tried everything to open it. Have you tried to open it with right clicking it. Is there any attchment to it. if so then YOU need to open the attachment from the top of the email where it says attchments or maybe there is a pic of a paper clip to the upper tight that will also open up your email.
There is one last option, . . . . .and that is, perhaps a perplexing one at that, . . . .which is that there is no real email from whom ever sent it to U. So there is none existing to begin with. Perhaps it was meant to be.

If you are using Outlook Express.
1) Close the application and restart the computer.
2) Do Virus and Spyware check.
3) Find the answer from help.
4) Reinstall the email software.
5) Give up and use online web account.

E-mail the person that sent it and let them know you couldn't open it. Maybe include a 2nd e-mail address that they could resend it to. If that doesn't work, delete it and move on.

i'd wager it rather is Yahoo or your browser.i'm using Opera and am waiting to open my e mail positive.yet with Firefox,it takes eternity.i'd attempt clearing your cache and working disk cleanup.i in my view do not recognize.
