Cuban is a smart businessman but he had a chance to keep Nash but let him go and it probably cost him a title or two.

Cuban is a rich idiot, but an idiot nonetheless. Apparently proud of it too.

this is the topic of my article for today (not published at the moment)... what would of happened to Steve Nash if he stayed with the Mavericks and Avery Johnson got a chance to work with him.

Avery has been great for Dirk and I think he would of done the same for Nash. I know everyone says Steve Nash is already perfect. It's not true, there are weaknesses in Nash's game particularly at the defensive end which is where Avery concerns himself. Dirk is a much better defender and it's because of Avery. An improved Dirk plus an improved Steve Nash equals an NBA championship or two (or more) for the Dallas Mavericks.

So to answer your question. Yes, Mark Cuban should be kicking himself for letting Steve Nash go. For one the major argument to let him go was this idea he'd breakdown now that he's older. In the last 3 seasons Nash has played 75 games, 78 games, and this season 58 of the Suns' 64 games. Maybe an even bigger reason to kick himself he let Nash go and he made the Suns better and now the Suns might the ones standing in Dallas' way of a title.

If anyone should feel like an idiot it's Dirk Nowitzski for picking up a technical foul in the second overtime period, of a playoff atmosphere type game ,after Josh Howard and Eric Dampier fouled out. If we are to take him seriously as the league MVP and eventual NBA champ he can't do that. Maybe D Wade is right, Dirk's not a good leader.

Even if the Mavericks would have kept Nash a few years back, their defense was still bad and probably would have been worse with Nash. I think Nash coming to Phoenix worked well for both teams. It's tough to say who got the better of it since neither has won a ring.

YES!!!! I could not agree more, besides me personally dis-liking him. He needs to be humbled more than any1 I ve ever seen, His constant screaming and whining makes him look like a kid who just got his ice cream ripped from his fingertips. Anyway when he pushed the camera out of his face after the game in total discust, im sure he was thinking just that. "IM AN IDIOT" LMAO it was a killer game tho, p.s. he was thinkin of gettin rid of dirk also. He is brilliant iswear.
