Yes because we get so emotionally unbalanced it's just a side affect. Like getting really angry over little things. It happens.

Yes of course. Sometimes you may cry over something that happened in the past and you don't express your feelings until later. Also, at that time of the month, you are overly emotional so you will definitely cry "for no reason". Women do it all the time. It is healthy to let some pent up emotions out too.

Yes, I always cry when my girlfriend gets "that time of the month" You should see how she treats me :(

It's great, I do it all the time. Oh, there I go again being happy for no reason. Love it! Go ahed just give it a try, just look in the mirrow and smile, try and hold it for at least 2 minutes stait.

Yes. All of the pent up 'stuff' that we endure daily really needs to be released. Crying is better, easier and more acceptable than smacking a highway patrolman over a traffic stop.

I think it's pretty normal. We get so emotional on our periods.
I usually end up yelling at somebody though.
