changing the color of a layout?

I have the layout thats in black and white. But i would like it to be in black and red. How would i go about changing it?

Sorry, its a myspace layout that i found. I dont know to go about changing the colors. Its not something that i made on my own.

I think you need to offer more information. What program are you using to do your layout in? If it is Adobe Indesign or Pagemaker, the have color pallets that you can pull down to choose your colors.
