I need to know the name of the celebrity that this doll is made to look like. She had something to do with the Oscar's. I'm not sure what year though. And it's NOT Cameron Diaz.

It could be anybody by the face.
By the dress...it looks closest to Penelope Cruz, if it was from this year..other than the strap.
If you hadn't said no to Cameron it looks just like her from this year's Golden Globes (even the hair matches):
