This phone is allround great phone does everything and does it well.
High quality camera that you can print high quality pictures from,good mp3 player.
So for the money this is as good as it gets ,this phone is fantastic.
Now for the second part of your question about usage and downloads.
Here are 3 sites that will give you mp3 , video clips ,wallpapers and loads of stuff for your mobile absolutely free.

You can download the files from these sites direct to your p.c,and then put them on your phone.
You can also download your items via wap on your mobile,personally i do it via the p.c.
Did you also know that you can play full length movies on your mobile just like a mp4 player.
If you use fileshareing sites like Bearshare or Ares you can download a complete movie to your p.c.
Download 'free Super converter' from the net ,this will convert your video file to 3gp,which is how your phone plays video.
In the top left of converter put output file to 3gp Sony Ericsson,drag your video file into the large bottom box.
Press the convert button,when finished get the converted file which is now 3gp and send it to your phones video files.
When you download your video it will be approx 700mb,once it has been converted it will be approx 200mb.

The pictures that the camera takes is awesome.
It also has a great MP3 player as well as plays videos & the internet is just as bout as good as the internet in the house.
It has loads of Memory on the phone as well as putting in a m2 SD card.
Best phone that I have bought since the Nokia 6230.
Woul;d reccomend it to anybody with an upgrade coming up shortly.

The 3.2 megapixel cybershot camera is the best feature. It also can take videos play MP3's has a FM radio and quite a nice internet browser. I've had the phone for 5 months and it's great.
