Honestly, I've heard so many mixed reviews about what to eat and drink - that I have no idea what to do. I had heard green tea is good - then I heard it makes it so folic acid cannot be absorbed into your body, which you need so the baby doesn't have neurological problems. Then I read to drink pineapple juice - and then I read not to drink pineapple juice that it causes miscarriages :( I'm sorry I'm probably not much help. How do you tell what's right and what's not?? It sounds to me like you are doing everything right - I don't think anything you eat or drink will make a difference. Good luck to you!!

First of all relax.... Do not stress over getting pregnant.
You are on the right track. You measured when you ovulate. If you don't get pregnant now, try this... it worked for me: make love 4 days before you ovulate again, then hold off until you get a positive ovulation test and then make love again. After sex, again, relax. Put a pillow (not too high though, just a little elevation - don't over due it) under your butt and stay on your back for at least 15 minutes.
Good luck to you!

Well I'm not sure about the items you can eat to help but I have read that certain positions give you a larger chance of concieving. For example going in from behind. I hear that it goes all the way to the cervix which might make the sperm go closer than normal. I've also read that right after, you should stay laying down for a way and possibly even elevate your bottom so that the sperm are encourage to swim upwards.

Also ttc I read that by drinking green tea (decaffienated) it helps to double ur chances of conception. Also after sex position urself with ur hips elevated for 15 to 20 mins to help the sperm stay in and don't move around to much. There are alot of really great websites out there that have all sorts of really interesting info on them.
www.tryingtogetpregnant.com www.webwomb.com check these out u might find some more help on the subject.Best Of Luck To U!!

Hi Lace! I've heard that raspberry leaf tea (from GNC or a nutrition center, not the grocery store) can help strengthen the uterus for implantation. Good luck dear.

Im sorry, im not a believer in eating different foods and taking god knows what to help you get pregnant but...
one thing you can do is try to relax a little and dont worry so much wether its all happening in there or not,
getting stressed about conceiving will almost certainly stop it happening.
good luck and baby dust to you!
