one more little child among the hundreds killed by a convicted sex offender.

But, Chloe - baby rapers are just "misunderstood". They had bad childhoods. (Said in best whiny liberal voice)

Who gives a rats ***? They should have no more rights than they afforded their victims. John Couey (may he rot in hell!) should be buried alive, just like poor little Jessica was.

Most of the slap on the wrist probation laws are in the red states who vote primarily republican. I mean come on, look at the child abuse scandals plaguing the Catholic church and only a few of them are being sent to prison when you know full well it was alot of priests doing the molestation. The Catholic Church is far from being considered liberal. California is a liberal state but a sex offender can get 20 years. hardly a slap on the wrist. One convicted in a red state such as Georgia gets 5 years. I don't believe in castration or the death penalty, but life in prison as someone's prison ***** wouldn't be quite harsh enough either.

Here is what I think. I think that if a Judge lets a child sexual offender off with 4 or 5 years, that Judge should be standing along side the guilty party and both of them need castrated in public view. And, you need to know that it's not just liberal Judges. It's cons and dems. They have their own agenda and apply the law as they see fit, not as it should be applied. They need tared and feathered and kicked off the court house steps.

God isn't mocked. in spite of a guy sows is what he will receive. Jesus suggested be merciful on a similar time as our father in heaven is merciful. it truly is a ill issue for someone to do and that i'd imagine that it replaced into the action of someone on drugs or affected by a severe psychological disorder. they're retaining that there aren't any athiests in foxholes. the conception that lack of life is a second away may produce the godly sorrow that leads to repentance. sometimes, it may be easily a kind of " basically in case i replaced into incorrect " prayers. God is universal with the actuality and he's both basically and merciful.

Why not the death penalty? It's been proven that they can't be rehabilitated. Why bother feeding them for the rest of their lives? They can never again contribute to society in a meaningful way, and it costs the court system valuable time and money to repeatedly prosecute the same offenders. I say we put them to death after the first conviction!

This is a huge problem. There are so many variables - jury, prosecutor, and state laws. I think our legal system has serious issues when our own laws allow for repeat offenders to return to the streets. I think our laws protect the offenders more than they do the victims.

life imprisonment is a good thing to keep people safe but tis not a solution. we have to figure out why people are attracted to kids.
chemical castration works okay but there are still some issues. there was one offender who wanted to be surgically castraited and doctors wouldn't do it. he wanted to stop, couldn't, and no one could help him to do so

life imprisonment will just cost a lot of money and not benefit anyone in the long run.
maybe instead of halfway houses we need halfway communitties (gated of course)

It seems people are more compassionate towards the child rapists than the children. I don't know what kind of world are we living in .

Wow! So harsh. Bless you!
BUT......Democrats believe that these child rapist/murderers can be cured and let back out into society, if they take "Sensitivity Classes".
And they must have monthly "Big Democrat Group Hugs".

Yeah I really liked Dennis Miller's take on them.

Burial makes them extremely easy to track was the summation.
