This is insane and inhuman. Look how red his skin is and the way he keeps groaning it's obvious he's in pain.

I only watched part of that, cos it got boring, but it looks to me like he's enjoying it. Looks like some sort of s & m thing, cosidering the way the girls are dressed.
So your question, is this fair or cruel?
Is it fair = isn't releveant, he obviously chose it.
Is it cruel = how can it be cruel if he is a willing participant?
