Get her a card and write "I am truely sorry, I didn't mean to (the reason you offended her) and I hope we can start over and be friends again. Meet me at the tree near (somewhere in school) after school if you forgive me. I'll be waiting for you with a surprise." Slip it in her locker.
If she comes, present a box of chocolates or a tasty candy treat. Just make sure those chocolates don't melt. If a guy apologizes to me like that, I would definetely say yes! Plus, it hints that you might like her.
If she doesn't, it shows your friendship is over and you are just now school mates or class mates.

well I would show her some action. Do something very nice for her. and make sure she knows it is just for her,you could buy her a card, saying i am sorry or hand her some daisy's , believe me I am a female also and making a jester like a card or flower, will really let her know you are being true to your word, know you might think this is stupid, but I am old and wise and it will work..and then you can have your friend back.

She's right! Actions ARE stronger than Words.You're young, you have a lot to learn about the opposite sex. Instead of saying you're sorry over and over try giving her a little gift . It'll mean more to her and she'll probably accept your apology! Females don't get much different as they get older. You'll learn. Hope it works out for you!!

It depends on what you did. Betrayed her...I dunno. Probably won't trust you. Might make it harder for you to date her if you want to. Tell her that you never meant to hurt her in anyway and if anyone ever hurt her, you'd do something about it. Because you're extremely sorry and would hate to see such a great relationship (I'm saying relationship cause if you say friendship...it will end if you end up going out with her). And maybe then you could share your first kiss with her (actions) and tell her you like her....maybe not. But, it would be romantic.
