If you are worried, you should contact a physician. A lot of places have an ask a nurse phone number. But if you've been under stress, it may just be an irregular cycle.

A lot of factors can cause your periods to be late. I rushed to the gynecologist a few times when I was younger and thought that there was something wrong. In 1996 My period simply skipped a month and I wasn't pregnant or sick. I was just under stress and that's all there was to it. Condoms are very safe, but the withdrawal method alone is not 100% guaranteed. The pill or a IUD are more effective. You will be OK.

Withdrawal doesn't always work-so that's pretty risky. You might want to get birth control. As for your situation right now, stress might be the reason. Your period comes an average of 28 days...depending on the woman and her circumstances (exercise, diet, stress, weight, etc.) it could be more or less... If I were you, I'd wait a few more days and try to relax a bit. If you don't get it within a week or so, contact a doctor. Good luck!

Well, just because you were supposed to get your period, it doesn't mean you will. There are different factors to be taken into account here. Maybe it is delayed due to your stress. I'm no doctor, but my opinion is to stick to what you are doing (you know, not having unprotected sex)
Cramps are a sign your period is coming. Maybe you can ask your doctor if you already had your period ofr if it's still going to come. I don't have much advice, but here it is.

Our cycles average 28 days apart - it's not always the case. If you have been really stressed, exercising to excess, eating wrong - or lots of other things you can be late. Since you are cramping & did have PMS, I'd say you are just late - don't stress. I'm not sure about your age, but if you are 35+ you could be moving into peri-menopause. Give your body time -it will come.

withdrawal method LOL I have 2 kids from that method. Anyway if your under alot of stress yes it will mess with your period. Give it another couple of days and if nothing go to the doc.

Stess CAN definitely delay your period. Plus, they aren't always consistent. If you're not on the pill, they can start and stop on different days. Sometimes you might have a really light month, but you'll have a heavier month next month to make up for it.

Some months, you can completely skip your period.
Give it some time and if you don't get it after quite a bit longer than a few days, take a pregnancy test then.
I think you're fine, just late and panicking a little!
:-)

thats easy it is because you are stress and your period tends to start later then usually try sumthin to relax and maybe it might come and also go to a ob-gyn
