WHAT IF VINCENT WERE IN HIS GOD FORM CHAOS THAT IS INVINCIBLE SUPER FAST AND HAS A GUN THAT CAN KILL THAT BOG MONSTER FROM THE GAME CALLED THE DEATH PENALTY GUN. AND ...HE CAN FLY FASTER THAN NEO AND CAN DESTROY PEOPLE FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

I think Alucard would win as you know he's invincible in the Hellsing Ultimate OVA he was shot at least 100 times and shred into pieces yet he had the ability to absorb blood in through his clothes and skin and come back to life. Not only that he has great accuracy, telepathy, hypnosis, transformation which out beats Vincent's abilities. Though Vincent could get any girl he wants. XD

alucard definitely. not only is he invincible...being a vampire and all...but he can call upon the souls of all the people he's taken and have them fight for him. vincent wouldnt stand a chance.
probably though, alucard'd just turn him, and then they'd fight together. i could see them getting along.
