If there is a way to mount it under the right seat frame behind the passengers heels it would be great. Otherwise maybe against the right front wall.

Generally it should be well secured but readily accessible inside the car. A typical place is a "clip lock" mount in the passenger foot well.
Make sure that it is rated for a gasoline fire and note that small portable extinguishers are not very effective in engine fires unless the hood or bonnet is closed. In open air the extinguishing chemical is dispersed rapidly before it has a chance to smother the fire. You will also note that if the extinguisher is used in open air, it must be directed at the base of the fire, not at the flames.

If thier is a mounting bracket , screw this down next to the drivers seat . So when you exit the car the extinguisher is right thier . If no bracket under the driver seat for quick access, Dont put it in the truck or the glove box . Because you will exit the car amediately. As a semi driver the extinguisher is always within arms reach of the open drivers door. I hope this helps

Somewhere that's accessible easily. I'd suggest on the transmission hump or on the driveshaft tunnel just behind the seats

Usually secured in the Trunk. Or if you put it in the cab make sure it is very secure cause during an accident it may fly around and kill someone
