You took a tumble? and did it hurt really bad?.... a friend of mine twisted her ankle when she was walking, and tripped and fell over.... have you taken a fall?..... how bad was the injury?

its been a while...♥ about 10 years now... broke my ankle, had to have surgery, repaired with screws to hold it together...:o(

â¥the last time I hurt myself was during indoor field hockey. I don't know how it happened but I fell and twisted my ankle. I kept on running on it and it really hurt. So I went out but then had to go back into the game because someone who'd been in the whole game needed to go out so I'm sub for her. I couldn't walk on it for three days.â¥

I can be as gracious as a deer or a clumsy as an ox. Whenever I take a spill its usually due to a bit to much alcohol consumption, lol. My most recent spill was a few months ago. I was playing frisbee in the street and took a spill over a curb. Brusied my wrist pretty good, but that was all.

Two years ago I hurt myself while I was dancing and it was so bad you could see the tendons sticking out of the back of my leg (through the skin) I was laid up for along time and when I was mobile I needed crutches and a handicapped sticker to park b/c I wasn't supposed to do much walking for awhile. (all this while living in a third floor apartment building to. Gosh did it SUCK)

About 2 years ago I Tripped over the carpet and broke my toe. It doesn't sound that bad, read this: I had to go on a 11.5 mile walk that day! My toe has felt weird ever since. :(

In the parkinglot in front of other people and I slipped on ice.

I stepped of a ladder at work one step to soon, hurt like hell for a day, Doesn't hurt at all now.

....I don't want to remember that episode...it happened at my cousins wedding last year...embarrassing...I got to hospital in the bridesmaide dress...
