what is proof of eligibility? im 15. where do i get it & do i have to call?

Proof of eligibility would be your SS card, and ID (usually a drivers license or State ID Card) and a work permit (since you are under 18).

They probably mean proof that you are legally eligible to work in the US. A birth certificate or social security card is generally what they are looking for. They just dont want to hire illegal immigrants.
