That is an easy swap. You will need the 350 ECU (computer) and rlated wiring. All accessories will bolt right up.
The 4.3 is basically a small block with the rear two cylinders chopped off.

Well without knowing what truck you have the easiest way may be to go to a junkyard and find a truck that's the same as yours but with the V8 in it and buy the wiring harness, computer, mounts, radiator, exhaust manifolds, transmission and everything else you will need to convert yours to a V8. if! you have a S-10 you will have to purchase a kit from a speed shop like summit racing to mount it plus aftermarket exhaust headers and a wiring kit if they have one.more info on what you are doing would be very helpful to answer this better.

Make sure that it will bolt up directly to the transmission or if an adapter plate can be used. Throttle linkages and motor mounts are another consideration. You will also need to ascertain that the air intake plumbing, wiring, exhaust connections and computer are compatible. Lastly you will need to check that the installation will be legal for your state's emission regulations.

It likely should be executed, yet with lots of different adjustments and adjustments. If the Neon engine is okay, then it doesn't be close to really surely worth the attempt or money. more advantageous powerful to seem for a Mazda with a nasty / lacking engine
