First have your tires checked.
Don't think this is the problem.

My car doesn't? There are a number of things that may cause this 1) Your in too high a gear... this will also wreck your engine. 2) Your wheels need balancing.... 3) Your idle setting is too low, get the car tuned. 4) Your engine mountings are worn. 5) Engine is misfiring, get the car tuned and serviced.

Could be several things. Maybe transmission shudder, bad tire, bad ball joint, or bad tie rod end. May also be a miss in the engine at low speed. Need more info.....which gear is it in, is the engine smooth, does the steering wheel shake? Good luck.

it would help to know the year and make. but everybody else who answerd before me are either shade tree mechanics or wemen. nobody suggested a HARMONIC BALANCER this is a peice of round steel mounted to the front of the crankshaft with a quarter inch slab of rubber wrapped around it with another peice of steel around that, the purpose for this is to keep your poorly balanced engine from "vibrating at low speeds".

Either, you are in the wrong gear (try changing down) or the engine management system (on a new car) or carburettor (on an older car) needs looking at.

First things first, get your tyre pressures checked. If they are low or uneven this will cause the car to vibrate and judder You need to get them rebalanced

Tire imbalance, worn suspension components, maybe tie rod ends. If your car has a vibration, then get it fixed before i compounds matters.

A tire that is (out around)can do this to your car easily.
Have tires,ball joints and tie rods checked by a reputable shop.
