Hi all

There's a really popular inventory used to measure stress levels. The name completely escapes me... Any ideas?

It's a paper based questionnaire!

Hi

I could be barking up the wrong tree here:

BIOFEEDBACK- Has been used for 50 years to measure stress levels. There are three main forms: electromyography (EMG) galvanic skin response (GSR) and electroencephalography (EEG). By attaching electrodes to a body system that readily reacts to stress (your muscles, skin and brain waves respectively), it allows you to monitor how stressed you are and teaches you to control and even reduce stress. The machine gives off a signal, light or a tone, that tells you your stress levels are high, all you have to do is concentrate on slowing down the light or reducing the sound.
