I've found a number of articles that refer to US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as "Mary Pelosi," although I haven't seen a reason why. I think it might just be the system jumbling the letters in both first names.

I can't find any Macy, but Nancy Pelosi is the current speaker of the house. she's the first female in history to hold that office.
