I believe their neck and neck so far. Clinton is a sex addict that denied it twice on TV only to come on the next day and admit it. Then there's Bush.. I believe he is the first person to
ride his daddy's coat tails into office only to lie to the American people every chance he gets, not to mention leaving our soldiers over there until they either die or lose half
