I had a friend who was told to drink castor oil. She put some in a chocolate milkshake and went into labor the next day.

Things that helped me... walking and lots of fiber. It sounds gross but the uhm movement of it all really helps a lady to move things along with labor. I had contractions for 3 weeks before my little one got here so I was more than ready and had tried many things by then. (laying on my stomach for an hour then on my back, staying on my feet for hours on end, etc)

i grow to be 10 days late with my toddler too. you may attempt walking or nipple stimulation... even intercourse will help stimulate your uterus to contract. Even doing those varieties of issues it does no longer recommend you will actual pass into exertions natrurally. you mustn't be afraid of being precipitated. it fairly is an extremely controlled journey and the Dr's are waiting for something that ought to take place. i grow to be precipitated and each thing grow to be only high quality. the biggest situation is that the toddler is born and healthful, suitable?

Do jumping jacks, J/K . There's all kinds of wives tales, like eat pizza and stuff. But really all you can do is wait or get induced

Walking is great, and I've heard things about some foods like eggplant parmesan helping things along. Me, I had Chinese both evenings before labor. ;-)

sex is scientifically proven to help you start labor- the prostaglandins stimulate it. also, oxytocin is excreted during sex- and also during labor- so that helps too. have some sex tonight!!
