this morning i went to brush my teeth and saw my toothbrush lying on the sink TOUCHING an ear waxy cotton wool bud that my husband had used to clean his ears out with, and if that wasnt bad enough, he had obviously used my toothbrush as well. should i divorce him?

That's pretty disgusting but i don't think that it's serious enough for a divorce. Buy a new toothbrush and tell him not to use yours anymore.

No, not grounds for a divorce. Grounds for a discussion about respect, cleanliness, and things of that nature, though. Grounds to withhold marital relations for a period of time, perhaps.

This is exactly why people need prenups. Maybe not divorce, but he should reimburse you for the toothbrush. ;)
