my boyfriend always tickles me and he wont stop so I cant even breathe or sit up to punch him?? he's super ticklish so how can I get to him first??

Well, you can laugh very hard when he tickles you just to get his full attention and let out a very big fart when you can't
laugh any more; and then when he acts surprised or laughs at you farting, turn around or get up fast enough and start ticking him too.
That will do the trick.

I sometimes have the same problem... my husband is ticklish, but he often starts the tickle-fight....
If you're not too squeamish, grab his balls, and warn him that if he doesn't quit, or at least let you breathe, you'll squeeze them... and then follow through. Start gentle, though- give him a chance to quit.
Also, I'd suggest having a little talk about boundaries-- if he doesn't start respecting your boundaries, more drasic measures may need to be taken....

I kick his *** - or at least I try. I usually just try to turn it into a play fight so he does stop tickling me. Sneak up behind him and just tickle him back when he's not expecting it (haha - guess that's what sneak means - sorry that was a little repetitive).

Wear lots of clothing so that you cannot feel anything touch your skin. Then, when he's sleeping, tickle him. Tickle him all night so that he doesn't get any sleep. Do this every night until he gets pissed. Then tickle him some more.

Whenever you greet him, after saying hi, start tickling him. If you keep doing this for a while, then he'll want you to stop, that's when you tell him that you'll only stop if he does.

How to get to him first? Um... If you are in the kissing process, start kissing him (make sure you are sitting down) and in a few moments, start tickling him. Hopefully it will work.

organise everyone you both know to pin him down and tickle him non stop for ages and ages! haha make sure they get his soles of his feet and tummy and ribs and keep tickling him NO MATTER WOT lol

The next time you have a chance, tell him that you don't like to be tickled and if he continues to tickle you, you will kick him in the nuts so hard they will come out his mouth.
Then do it if he tries to tickle you.
