I believe Superchargers run lower compression, i know american V8s run around 8.5 i i think.

You should be safe somewhere in the 8:1 ratio. Keep in mind that a safe tune also has to do with timing, not just compression. The more compression you pull the more you'll cost yourself performance off boost, so keep the big picture in mind, including the tune of the vehicle both on and off boost.

get some 7:1's that are made for forced induction , they may say for turbocharger use , same thing
