Yeah, if they have the energy! It's hard after a long day of ceremony & reception. I know they stay up to count the wedding gifts, though, no matter how tired they are.

Some people do. Not as many that probably should. It sounds like it would be a good idea. I am not one of those people. I feel like I may have missed out on a lot that the people I have had sex with may have had to offer, if we would of waited on the sex part. But then there are the ones I was glad it was only a sex thing cuz they were wierder than I. :) I say just wait to get to know someone at least a year. If you make it to the night of marriage let me know how that went. Curious.

Somewhere I read that roughly one quarter to one third of married couples do not have sex on their wedding night. Many are too tired and/or drunk to do it. Besides, most have done it already. It is not like to old days when the happy couple snuck out of the reception early to start the honeymoon.

No, because the world is messed up now...and the majority of people don't wait until they are married for their first time. Usually it doesn't mean anything on their wedding night and they'll be too tired and go to sleep. My husband and I were virgins when we got married...it was great for him, but it hurt for me (as the first time for girls usually does).

Nope not all people have sex on their first night of marriage...for the first time...not all have sex on their wedding night at all. And since everyone on this planet is different it feels different for every boy and girl.

Nope, a lot of people are too tired from the busy day. But hit it off during their honeymoon. As for how it feels, get married and find out.

no, because the wedding reception is at night and by the time you get to the hotel or whatever it is usually the next day.
Not to mention how tired you are from all the excitment, I didn't have it on my wedding night, and four of my friends didn't either.
If the reception is over at 9pm then you might have a chance. but they usually go until at least 11 or midnight.
How does it feel, its usually the worst sex of the relationship manley because you too damn tired.
However, the next day its great.

No. I can honestly say that my husband and I were so exhausted the night of our wedding we barely made it to the hotel. Many of my friends have said the same thing. The wedding day can be quite tiring. The next morning, however, was tremendous.

It's the consummation of the marriage. If you don't have sex, you can get your marriage annulled.
How does it feel? I suggest you have sex when you're ready to find out! There's no way to describe it.
