how do you put a Fuel pressure Regulator into a 1993 Chevy Lumina?

It should be on one of the fuel rails between that and the return line to the fuel tank. It will probably have a vaccum tube going to it from the MAP sensor. It is probably vaccum controlled. One side will be tied into the main fuel rail, the other goes back to the tank on the return line, and then the vaccum line to it. It will be located close to the fuel rail. Good luck.
