how do i get my document in word to scroll?

creating new document in word. it won't scroll and stuck on first page. how do i move forward. never had this problem before.

Sounds like you are asking two questions:

"Scrolling is locked"

It would appear that you have the scroll lock on your keyboard activated, simple press the key Scroll lock to remove the lock.

"How do I add a new page"

Go to Insert
Page break

Or Word will automatically create a new page when you reach the bottom.

You should also try to:

Close the document and re open it.
Make sure that the mouse is not damaged
