My friend just ran away from home on Friday but then returned and I just founded out why she ran away it was because she was pregnant and she was scared to tell her mom. I don't reallly want to snitch on her but then i do cause i care about her tell what should i do.

You should talk to your friend and tell her that the best thing for her to do is face her problems and tell her mom about it. I am assuming your friend is really young, and it would be hard for her to bring a baby into this world with out her mother's help and guidance. Your friend's mother will likely be very dissapointed with her, but the only thing to do is face it.
