Some people are born with a tendancy to be bigots. Some people are born with a tendancy to be a thief. Some people are born to have tendancies to steal, lie, manipulate, slander, malign, gossip.....etc.

Why is it that the bigot community doesn't accept bigotry for what it really is? It is a tendancy that derives from our old sin nature.

I have no problem with people's sin that doesn't affect me or harm the public, I have no problem with people wanting to be sexual deviants ---- IN THE PRIVACY OF THEIR OWN HOME - out of the view of the public.

The bigots, however, want to infect everyone around them with their hate. They feel the need to "Come out" and be open. Well, they shouldn't. No matter how much the liberal media supports them or how many democrats they have on their side, they will never convince me that being bigot is perfectly ok to be in the public eye.

Some of your answerers do not understand the Constitution.

Hate speech is NOT covered by the Constitution under "free speech." Such speech is intended only to harm others and foment anti-LGBT violence, and therefore is not protected. The other common example of unprotected speech is the unwarranted yelling of "Fire!" in a crowded theater.

One can hold any hate-filled beliefs they want, or have been taught. However, when one makes them public, you have crossed the line into hate speech, which is not only shameful but prosecutable, especially when combined with hate crime violence.

I certainly appreciate your ironic take on the "why do LGBT people feel their lifestyle is OK" typical ignorant rant.

You are correct, being a bigot is never OK to be in the public eye. The key word here is "public."

It is not so much that bigots think it is okay to do so in public, but more they do not care. To them, being a bigot in public is relieving because they feel they should not have to hide their hatred.

I like it in plain view so there are NO secrets!

Unfortunately, it's mostly hidden because I don't hear nearly as much bigotry in public as I do on the internet!
