My husband uses it, it's a foam, you rub it all over the glove and put it in the oven for about 3-4 minutes. I really works, if the glove is brand new you might need to repeat once or twice though. You can buy it at Sports Authority and I've also seen it at Walmart. My husband treats his little league team gloves with it when they are too hard for the kid to maneuver them.

it extremely is in basic terms too late to grease the glove so please do no longer try this. even in spite of the shown fact that confirm to grease the glove whilst the season is over to guard the leather-based from the drier iciness air. utilising the glove frequently is the perfect way, yet whilst no longer taking part in positioned a baseball in the pocket and tie the glove tightly utilising bungy cords or rope. this might carry the ball the place you choose the pocket. If he's not taking part in for various days, you're able to do the above yet drop the glove right into a bucket of water for some hours. Pull the glove out of the water and permit it air dry with out any warmth. The water will soften the leather-based and permit the pocket to shape over the ball. Water won't stay on the leather-based like oil does. Oil will make the glove slippery and could harm stable baseballs. After the season is finished, sparkling airborne dirt and dirt off the glove thoroughly. Get some Neet's Foot Oil. Rub the oil into the leather-based, then set the glove on a towel on suitable of a few old newspapers and permit it set till the subsequent baseball season. The oil will soak into the leather-based protecting it. I quite have achieved this with my gloves and that they are nevertheless in stable shape even in spite of the shown fact that they are old.

Save your money. Just put a baseball in it to build a pocket, tie it closed with string for a couple of days (better yet, park the car on top of it where the thumb overlaps the ring finger and pinkie). When you move the car (or undo the string), you'll have a perfect pocket for the glove and it'll lay relatively flat on the ground, meaning it will close instantly with a ball in the pocket.
