I want to make a virtual online world And im trying to find a program to use that would make it look as clear as the sims game. Is this the program or what other program would you perfer

No, Xara is not appropriate for creating the kids of graphics you are talking about. If you do not have a fair amount of experience using graphic design software or 3D-design concepts, you may be in a bit over your head on a project this big. Most people go to school for years to learn to do the kinds of things you are describing.

For software to create 3D worlds, I recommend at least one of the following:

Keep in mind that all of these software packages are very complex and require months and sometimes years of practice and training to use them effectively. Creating and rendering computer-generated 3D models is hard - there are no software packages that "do it for you".

There is a plethora of books on each of those software products to help you learn different aspects - modelling, texturing, lighting, animating, etc. Just check Amazon.com, or your local Barnes and Noble/Borders for books on the software package you choose.
