When we go to another country, we have to abide by their laws, and their rules. They should do the same in this country. They seem to be treated with extra care as far is housing is concerned.

That is a deep question. The real pros and cons of people of varying ethnicity's and cultural backgrounds living as 'one' in a society are that differences will always separate and that only similarities will bring us together. I guess this raises the question of 'should any country allow open religious display?' P.s almost all recent wars are as a result of religious differences - interesting. I suggest that we are not mature as a whole group/civilisation to handle these differences - I am. Your thoughts?

"A fully integrated multi-cultural society" is a contradiction of terms. By definition, a society is of a single culture. You are using the term as a synonym for "nation" which it isn't. Multi-culturalism is divisive and the very antithesis of society.

If people didn't mix, life would be SO boring, everyone would do the same things, share ideas and live a life empty of questions!
Differences are good, they make us think and see others. Differences make us stronger

We would become more Bi-lingual,have a taste for foreign dishes and styles in clothing.
we would also become more aware that we would have to share --and that we would be irritated with the differences we do not see the point about.
