I love all sorts of books but my favorites include Airborn, Alex Rider, and The last jihad. Please try to keep your suggestions somewhat moral.

Carry on with Joel C. Rosenberg; the Ezeckel option and The Copper Scroll are the books after the Last Jihad.

If not them, try the Mitch Rapp serise by Vince Flynn: Memorial Day or Concent to Kill.

If not them, my favorite Tom Clancy novels are:
The Cardinal of the Kremilin
Without Remorse
The Sum of All Fears
Executive Orders

If you are into Christian novels (and, no, they are not sappy novels) Frank Perretti and Ted Dekker are amazing writers.

Good luck and happy reading!!!!!!!! (I go through at least 2 a week, so I understand the fustration of "what do I read now?"

Try the entire Dune series including the newer ones written by the author's son. You could also try Time Enough for Love by Robert Heinlein. Both have action and philosophy in them.

I would like to recommend "Life of Pi" by Yann Martel. This is one of the best books I have ever read in my life. The end is the best part. It's very creative and philosophical as a whole. Also, Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood is very good.

Starship Troopers by Robert Heinlen. It is nothing like the movie and is a quick read.
