How do you stop "recorded" telemarketers from calling?

I get a RECORDED message from a carpet cleaning service EVERY day, sometimes twice in one day. There's no phone number in the message, it just leaves instructions to "press 1" if you would like a free in home demonstration". The caller ID doesn't list any number. How do I stop, or at least report this company?
