Well, first of all, we'd need to find out more about the motives, and what has brought you to this stage. I wish I knew more, there are several symptoms and signs, some of them are sporadic and some are visible some aren't. I wish I could help you out.
When all the clutter and mess in life gets you down this takes place, darkness, confusion, sorrow, anxiety, and a number of other things come up, don't have it, just reject it, it is quite certain you are requiring major help, seek guidance, a friend to talk to or if you are able to seek professional help. I don't think you can have one unless you think it and allow it. Don't be discouraged, if you have certain beliefs (faith, hope) and a group of friends or some kind of support, this can help, seek God, there is help and hope out there, just go out and get it, don't be afraid, there is nothing to be afraid of, perfect love casts out fear, I know it's hard hearing that, but it is a good solution. I've been in serious instances of pain & by the grace of God I was able to overcome these obstacles. I'll pray for you, and know things will get better. God bless you! and take care.

My friend the question itself answers itself. Am I, do I, will I, are as important.
The taboo with seeking help is that people will think you are "nuts", "loco" or "over the edge". Will I be thought of differently at work, at home, in the community? I can deal with this is the greatest lie anyone can tell to themselves.
Thirty years ago I admitted to myself I had a problem. It hurt like a million bee stings. I had to look in the mirror and realize I was not who, what, or where I wanted to be. I needed help to get me to be simply me.
Oh, it takes time. It takes the love of everyone you know, but, most important, commitment on your part. Thirty years later I write this because I not only believe in myself but I do so with the love of a truly caring wife of three years.
Look there are many internet and free phone calls you can make. Who knows maybe you'll find a source that says you are fine. The doubt is the first step toward dealing with an existing and potential problem. Do not let it escape your grapse that you can contain it. It will only compound itself.
