It depends,
while some manikins of just the heads run in the 30-40-50 dollar range, other full body run upwards of 100 bucks, but it all depends on the type of material you want on it and the size/design

I got my MANNEQUIN at Petite Sophisticate, because that store was going out of order.
I got the full torso+a stand for only $60!

at PBTeen they have them; im not sure if they're the kind you would be looking for, but i think it's around $100. i could be totally off though. I've only seen mannequins in PBTeen's catalog, so look on their website.
