I live in Boston,. applied for Housekeeping at 13.75 an hour , now I work at Front Desk in same hotel, 14.50 an hout. However, not so good considering I went to college. Either way, try a union job for a large company. Try to become an apprentice of plumber or electrician. You are young! Go to school for medical assisting , electricial assistant, etc. Will graduate in little time with qualifications. Or be a Bartender or waiter if you like that kind of thing. Lots of chicks.

A call center is your best bet. As long as you articulate you should be able to get a job in a callcenter, entry level might not be quite 12.00 an hour but it should be close.

Try a call center. They have really god pay for doing a split shift.
What area are you in?
You can also try working sales at an online school like University of Pheonix, or Kaplan University. Starting pay is $30,000.
