I too am a smoker and despite what other people may say---it is my choice--I don't try to convert them---so..... As long as I don't do it around them (non-smokers)---I still have the choice. Sorry but sometimes THEY get me!!
Now to the answer-
Yes, you will.
In order to get rid of smoke smell you should brush your teeth, wash your hair and use a fragrant soap and shampoo.
Make sure that your clothes are washed in baking soda--despite what anyone may say; it is the only thing that gets odors out of clothes 99%.
Then, after you have your next cigarette; start all over again! Sorry, I throw that in for the other side. :)

If you wash your hair, brush your teeth and garble with mouthwash, you may not smell like smoke if you only smoked one cigarette. But, if you smoke a lot, the smell may just stay in your skin and you'll stink around others. I personally hate cigarette smoke and keep my distance from smokers.

No, the shower will remove the smoke smell. Make sure you put on new clothes because the ones you wore when you smoked will still smell.
