Trey. Seriously. I know several people who are the third...George, Kenny, James, etc. But their nickname ALWAYS ends up being Trey. Other than that, call him by his middle name or a shortened version of his first. I personally like Trey though.

Well my middle son is the 3rd Lamont in my family, so instead calling him Lamont III, we named him Tre, like 3 in spanish for the 3rd Lamont. (We just dropped the (s).

you can say either Matthew Jr. or Matthew the Third, sorry i just decided matthew, or just not even add a jr or the third and just call him matthew.
