I heard some men are gay but don't tell anyone because of fear. They get married to a woman but cheat on her with other men. Due to this cheating some men get HIV and pass it to their wives.

Um, the moral responsibility in these cases lie soley on the shoulders of the cheating men. It's more like "if men weren't cheating scum-bags, less women would have AIDS."

If you can't be faithful (homosexually or heterosexually) don't get married.

no it wouldnt make a difference you would just have more gays spreading aids to each other.aids has been around how long and people still dont practice safe sex every time?as long as people are careless and selfish these types of illness will always be around.it is a sad truth.

Aids is not a homosexual problem therefore your question doesn't make sense. Maybe if there was better awareness and research we could one day find a cure or a prevention of this world wide disease.. Ignorance in no way helps anyone especially the victims of HIV. Blaming any group for the spreading of any fatal disease leads only to less tolerance in society. Please be more aware of what ignorance spreads before spreading it.......

Gays aren't the only ones who get AIDs. You need to work on your facts. And, there aren't many gays who get married knowing they are gay.
