people who are here who don't know the job the way i do are getting promotions and guess who i am still here is it because i am outspoken and not easioly pushed over why this is happening to me what are some ways for me to get a promotion in this air line this year please help it has caused me to fall into a state of serious depression

Well to be honest with you, if your bosses feel that you are not a person that can keep your emotions off the job, then you can not expect to be considered as a person to deal well with others. Sometimes you just have to keep your thoughts to yourself.

Work hard and diligently. That's the first step. Make your wishes for advancement known to your supervisor, and get their feedback on things that you need to do to improve and achieve your goals. Patience.
