firewall, how do i find it?

when invited to view a webcam,it says im behind a firewall,but my windows one is off,how do i find the firewall

Is all about the setting and if you are behind a firewall and the program you are using is using the fire wall bypass it would not let you use the web cam setting.

Are you connected to the internet through a router? Routers have firewalls also.

If you use a router to connect to the internet, there is almost certainly a router in there
