Any of the more reactive ones - stell / iron / copper etc.
Gold and platinum are both almost inert - as well as surgical steel and a few others.
Lithium, calcium and sodium would be REALLY bad choices for jewellery unless you wanted to singe people - they burn / catch fire when exposed to moisture.
