On Final Fantasy VII, How do you get the key to read the language at Ancient City?

I can't find it!!!!! The clue that they gave my was: Is it at a place that sun can't reach. So if you know where it is, please answer. I want to enjoy the rest of the game, even though I am almost finish with disc 2. So please Final Fantasy fans, answer this. You might get best answer and 10 point if you give more information. Thanks to the people who answered this!!!! : )

P.S. Where is the Double Cut materia and the red huge materia?????????
I know the Double Cut is at the sunken cargo plane, but where and which room?????
I know the red huge materia is at the bottom of the sea. But where???? I can't find it!!!!! : (

The "Key of the Ancients" is in a tunnel underwanter, take the sub near Bone Village and you should see a tunnel, the key is in there.
For the Double Cut, from the first save point go up through the door, then head downstairs. Once there, it should be in the upper-right corner, there is a chest with a megaelixer, it is kind of hidden by that.
As for the underwater Huge Materia, take the sub to Junon. Submerge and head south-southwest, and you'll come on the downed red sub. That's where the Huge Materia is.

Use the submarine, then when you are underwater search for a secret tunnel that goes to an underwater cave below the Ancient City.
