there are many different things to do, but not all of them will work for you.
The simplest, stay off your back.
there are nose clips which puts pressure on a nerve and opens your nose so you will tend to breath through there.
There are mouth pieces that align your jaw in a better position to lesson noise.
there are strips that go over your nose like breath right strips, that open the passage.
many things cause snoring. Depending on what your problem is, depends on what will work.

Congrats on #6! That's no small milestone! (I have 4 and maybe...)Sorry about the snoring. I'll try not to laugh too hard. *puts on serious face* Have you tried using a humidifier? It won't make it stop completely but it might give ya the moisture you need to ease it up a bit. I know the breathe right company makes a gargle for snoring, but I don't know if it's approved for pregnant women(ask your OBGYN) Other than that, I'd suggest trying to eucalyptus oil(don't touch it but just steam it in some water and breathe it in before bed) it also kinda smells good (to me anyway) Unfortunately, the freight train snore comes with the teritory of being pregnant and I *think* it must get worse each time or my husband is just less polite each time..not totally sure. Anyway, blessings on your little addition and I hope you can get the relief you need.

They say that women who are pregnant snore to prepare their partners for the sleepless nights ahead once the baby is born! I would try using nasal strips or sleeping on a couple of extra pillows. Good Luck with the new baby!

Too funny, I have this same problem. Try some of those nasal strips or sleep a little more upright like you would if you had heartburn. These methods have helped me. Other than that it is because we are so stuffy as pregnant woman and that would be another fabulous result of those pesky hormones.
Take care.
