for my sisters birthday dont want anything TOO expensive, if you find any of the LONGER ones that would be REALLy HELPFUL. i would rather have examples of acctual wallets (like list the link) than places to get it, but ANYTHING at all would help.

OMG! I was just at the mall and i was going to get a nice wallet. Well, there is two stores you can look at: Icing, or Claire's. Claire's is more younger and Icing is for girls around their teens. There are some really cute purses and wallets under 20 dollars. Most of them have sequins and other gems and stuff on them, but I strongly suggest those stores.

Pac Sun has some extremely cute ROXY ones. I want to get one but I haven't had the time! They are only like 12 dollars too.
