Why is it when a man commits a sexual offense against a child, his average punishment is about 20 years in prison

YET

When a woman commits the EXACT same offense against a child of the exact same age, her average prison term is only 2 years???

I am comparing apples to apples here.

The ONLY difference being the gender of the person committing a crime.

Your right it makes no sense ,No matter the gender of the person if they harm a child they deserve to be locked up

I think in some cases depending on the age of the child some women are sentenced the same as men. But as the age goes up they feel most kids are sort of consenting to the women where its looked at as the men are still forcing it upon them. To me their all still guilty and should be sentenced equaly but thats our laws for you.

When this one has a logical answer hell will likely be frozen over.

I personally like the one pedophile teacher's lawyer arguing she was too pretty for jail? WTH???

So evidently only ugly kiddie fiddlers deserve jail time?

Your guess is about as good as mine...They should receive the same punishments and labels as their male counterparts in crime! They are pedophiles.

not to be biased, but women ARE better than men. The longer you lock men up, technically the less there are in the world, making it a better place.
