Oh honey. I hurt for you. I really, really do. I've lost the only father I ever knew. It is very painful. I hear tell the pain never really goes away...just eases some.
Secondly, you are NOT bad at everything. It's mathematically impossible. :-D
The others here are right. Those aren't real friends.
There really is on ONE TRUE FRIEND..and that is Jesus. He never leaves us, never forsakes us and ALWAYS keeps his promises. Ask Him to come into your heart. Ask him to help you through this. Ask for wisdom and guidance. He is there and He will help you through this.

Because you are asking this question the answer is yes. Having someone to talk to is always a good idea. It took me a couple of years to deal with my father passing away. It is OK to be sad. A therapist can help you find the right way to deal with all of your emotions. What you are feeling is never wrong. It is what you do in reaction to them that is either right or wrong.

it woud probably do you some good to talk to someone about that. Your holding alot of bad feelings in and you are needing to get it out. The friend who you are refering to in your question arent really your friends at all if they were true friends they wouldnt end up betraying you that way. friends just dont do that to friends. I am sorry about the loss of your father that is a tough thing to go through. i couldnt imagine the pain that you are feeling and no amount of time is going to stop the hurt and missing your dad. as time goes on it will get easier but you are always going to miss your dad no matter what. That is a tough thing for a child to go through. If you need to talk to someone and cant afford a counselor thats what i'm wanting to go to school to be so you can email me anytime i'll talk to you and see if we can get a few things off your chest. my email is tcameron_2004 @yahoo.com. you can email me anytime you want i check it everyday. I hope that things get better for you.

Of course losing a parent can be something difficult. so I would not suggest going to a therapist because your father passes away. And those other issues, make new friends.

dont go to a therapist because most make you feel worst..since you have no friends it sound like (that you can trust) then maybe you should just go to a therapist afterall...
but everyone is allways hurt after they`ve had a parent die..i wish the best for you

Please go to church and talk to your pastor or if you don't have a church find one ... that will help so much. I am so sorry you lost your dad ... your in my prayers. Perhaps when your hurting you can read this.
The prayer of St. Francis says it best...
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Yes I think you should.
They can help you grieve the loss of your father completely. You don't have to feel like you do now always, find someone to help you. You will feel better when you do.
