I think Sweet smells or light smells
Dkny - Be Delicious
Lacoste - Touch Of Pink & Touch Of Sun
Paris Hilton - Just Me
Body sprays do well as well , don't go for over powering smells and don't apply loads on. Also use a perfume which lasts long :)

The number one rule is to avoid citrus essences that are photosensitizing (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, bergamot). The number two rule is to avoid alcohol because it can stain your skin too. And as 99% of the perfumes contain alcohol, that doesn't leave you a lot of choice.
As a general precaution, I avoid perfume in the summer, but this doesn't mean that I leave my skin unscented. I use monoï de Tahiti as a moisturizer for my face, hair and body and its smell is just gorgeous, flowery and sexy in the same time. If I need a fresher scent I switch to 2 or 3 drops of may chang essential oil in an unscented carrier oil that I use in place of my monoï. It smells almost like bergamot but without any side effect.
Plus you will give your body a break from all the chemicals it absorbs through perfume during the rest of the year.

Body sprays instead of heavy perfumes, or creme-based perfumes (they tend to stay longer but are milder.)
Scent-wise, there's 'evening' scents and 'daytime' scents - you can go a little heavier on florals at night, but scents like 'cotton', 'fresh cut grass' and fruits tend to go better in the daytime. A lot of people like melon or citrus.
