I have already coded the truck no codes are showing up on the computer. I have replaced the fuel filter and spark plugs but still have a miss in the truck at idle speed and gets alot worse when im accelerating going up a hill .

you may have a vacuum line loose or broken, if not, did you replace your plug wires or distributor cap? if none of this helps it could be your timing.

Spark plug wires, fuel injector, distributor cap & rotor, ignition coil... a long list of things can cause that. Proper diagnostics will be able pinpoint the exact source of the problem.

Bad wires (coil wire also) or it could be something to do with the fuel injection.

do a compression check. see if you can pinpoint it to one cylinder.
